We’ve All Been There Before

The Same Old Resolution Routine

How many times have you set a goal to lose that extra 10 pounds as your New Year’s Resolution?
Yeah… me too.

In fact, I’ve made that same resolution—and by the end of the year, I had gained an extra 20 pounds.
Then I sat around wondering how it even happened.

Sound familiar?

Goal Setting Isn’t the Problem

The Real Issue is Commitment

The truth is, setting the goal was never the issue—the struggle came with committing to it.

Life happens. The unexpected shows up. And most of us are not prepared to stay focused when it does.

But imagine this:
What if you had a routine workout plan, prepped meals, and a partner to help you stay accountable?
Those 10 pounds (and maybe more) would likely melt away with consistency and support.

What If You Had a Goal-Setting Personal Trainer?

That’s exactly what the Goal Setting Workshop is—

A personal trainer for your goals.

We’ll walk you through how to:

  • Set realistic and measurable goals

  • Build a support system that holds you accountable

  • Create strategies to overcome obstacles

  • Take consistent action, even when life gets busy

Why Your Circle May Not Be Enough

You’ve heard me talk about the power of having a positive support team.
But let’s be real—your best friend, sister, or co-worker probably isn’t the one who will actually help you reach your goals.

If they were, you would’ve accomplished them already.

That doesn’t mean they can’t cheer you on.
But when you join the workshop, you’ll be making an actionable commitment—and that alone gives others a reason to help keep you accountable.

But first, you have to take the step.

I’ve Been Where You Are

Starting this blog was a goal I had for years.
But I procrastinated. And then procrastinated again.
Sound familiar?

Now, I’ve gone through the same goal-setting process you’ll learn in the workshop—
and look at me now—committed, writing, and showing up.

If I can do it, so can you.
